Ginger Cloud - Director of Business and Biblical Studies

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve at First Baptist Church and Russellville Baptist Academy. I look forward to teaching Biblical Worldview while continuing my role in the business office. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas, completed a Certificate in Ministry through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and have taught students from Pre-K through high school.

My husband, Mike, and I have three daughters. We have been members of First Baptist Church since 2007, and it is a joy to serve alongside our church and school family.

Laura Binz, Elementary Director

I am excited to begin my journey as Director of Russellville Baptist Academy Elementary School! I earned my Bachelors in Education, Masters in Gifted Education, and Masters in Educational Leadership from ATU. For the last 28 years, I have served RSD as a 5th grade teacher, a Gifted and Talented Teacher, a GT/AP Coordinator, and a building level administrator.

My husband, David, is the IT Manager at Beacon Tire Wholesale. We have been married for 24 years and are blessed with two daughters, two sons-in-law, and three amazing grandchildren.

My heart is full of excitement as I partner with parents and staff to build students' biblical foundation and love of learning.

Jenny Posey, Preschool Director

I moved to the River Valley in 2009 to attend Arkansas Tech University, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. During my time at Tech, I met my husband, TJ, and we’ve been blessed to call the Russellville community home ever since. My husband and I were married in 2013 and are the proud parents of four wonderful children—Wes, Drew, Will, and Kate Ann.

I taught preschool in the Russellville School District for five years before stepping into ministry full time as the Mother’s Day Out Program Director and Upward Basketball Coordinator at First Baptist Church. I have had the joy of serving in that role for the past eight years.

I believe early childhood is one of the most important seasons in a child’s life. Little ones are like sponges—soaking up everything around them—and it’s a privilege to be one of their first experiences with the love of Jesus. I see my role not just as a job, but as a ministry, planting seeds of faith and joy in the hearts of our youngest learners every day.

Vonnie Dunbar, Reading Specialist

I am thrilled to begin my 2nd year at RBA and my 36th year of teaching. God called me at an early age into what is called the ministry of teaching. I love selecting and reading a variety of books for ALL the students at RBA. My favorite book of all time is the Bible.

I’ve been married to James for 37 years. We have three adult children-Rebekah, Joshua m. Sarah, and Samuel. I own four crazy dogs… 2 corgis, a wolf, and a rescue.

Kelley Honghiran, Librarian/Bible Worldview/Math Interventionist

I am excited to begin my first year teaching at Russellville Baptist Academy as I start my 29th year in education. I graduated from Dardanelle High School and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education K-6 and my Master’s degree in Instructional Technology with an emphasis in Library Science K-12 from Arkansas Tech University.

My husband, Thara, and I have been married for 23 years. We have two daughters: Mary-Kate, a junior at Hendrix College where she plays collegiate soccer, and Mady, a junior at Russellville High School and a member of the tennis team.

Outside of school, our family enjoys being actively involved in our church, New Life Church (NLC). I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the RBA family and look forward to partnering with students and parents in a wonderful year of learning and growth.

Christy Howerton, Third Grade

Before coming to RBA, I taught for 30 years in the public school system. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas. My husband and I have a son and a daughter who have wonderful spouses. God has also gifted us with a precious granddaughter. I am so grateful to be at RBA where I can partner with families to facilitate academic and spiritual growth in students.

Madison Reynolds, Third Grade

I grew up right here in Russellville, AR and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I taught in public school for a short time before God led me to RBA. My husband and I enjoy being part of FBC Russellville and serving the Lord together.

Casey Taylor, Kindergarten

My name is Casey Taylor. I began my teaching career at Dover as a Kindergarten teacher and taught there for 16 1/2 years. This will be my 3rd year at RBA and my 19th year teaching. I am a member of Dover First Baptist Church where I sing in the praise team and serve in Little Church. I also coach TOT for Kindergarten and 1st grade.

I love to spend time with my friends and family. We spend most of our time at the ballfields or the gym watching our kids do what they love. We live on a cattle farm where we love to be outside doing anything from riding our 4-wheelers, working in the garden, fishing or checking our cows. We love to travel to new places every summer and see new things, but there is no place like home.

I am married to a wonderful man, Jim Taylor. We have a daughter, Hagen, who is in 11th grade and we have a son, Gray, who is in 8th grade.

Anna Vodrazka – 5th/6th Grade Math and Science Teacher

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Arts in Teaching. I am passionate about partnering with families to provide students with an education rooted in academic excellence, strong relationships, and a biblical worldview. I strive to create a classroom where students grow in knowledge, character, and faith while discovering their God-given gifts. My husband and I have three children and enjoy spending time outdoors and serving together in ministry.

I am going into my 2nd year as a Paraprofessional here at Russellville Baptist Academy! I am so excited to watch your child learn and grow this year! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, reading and making memories with my husband and 2 children.

Alexis Stuckey - Pre-K Lead

Hi! This is my second year as the Part-time Pre-K 3 teacher at RBA. I have been a part of the RBA community for the past three years. Before moving to Arkansas, I taught kindergarten in Oklahoma City. My husband and I both grew up in Russellville and have two wonderful children—a 6 year-old daughter and a 3 year-old son. I love being a part of RBA and feel so blessed to watch our students grow in their faith and learn new things every day.

Keri Cox - Pre-K Paraprofessional

Hi, I’m Keri Cox and I’m excited for my second year as a Pre-K 3 paraprofessional here at RBA!

Previously, I worked as a pediatric dental assistant for over 11 years, as well as in Pre-K at some of Russellville’s local preschools at various times. I also worked as a teacher here at Russellville First Baptist Mother’s Day Out program for 3 years. I live with my husband of 20 years and our two children, ages 15 and 10. I love to make memories traveling and having adventures, home editing, and fall!

I can’t wait to experience another joy filled year watching the children of RBA learn and grow!

Amy Grace - Pre-K Paraprofessional

Hello, my name is Amy Grace and I am so excited to return to the classroom this year as a paraprofessional with the full time 3s and 4s. I have been married to Greg Grace for 43 years and we have three sons and six grandchildren. In my spare time, I love to travel and read. I feel truly blessed every single day that I get to come to work at RBA!

Megan Altheuser, Prek 3 Teacher

My name is Megan Altheuser, and I am so blessed to be teaching 3 year olds Prek classroom at Russellville Baptist Academy! My husband, Jonathan, and I have three girls, Morgan, Madison and Samantha. I am originally from Missouri where I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri and have been teaching Preschool since 2015.

I am passionate about helping young children learn and grow, not only academically but also spiritually. My prayer is that each child in my class experiences the love of Christ every single day.
I truly love Russellville Baptist Academy and cannot wait to see all that God will do in our classroom this year!

Heidi Sims, Pre-K Lead

Hi, my name is Heidi Sims. My husband, Todd, and I have been married for over 30 years. We have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren. I studied business and early childhood education at Arkansas Tech University. This will be my 12th year teaching pre-K. I am honored to help children learn biblical truths and develop positive values they can build on the rest of their lives.

Brenda Gebhardt - Pre-K Paraprofessional

My name is Brenda Gebhardt. My husband Jeff and I have been married 42 years. We have three sons who are married and have four beautiful grandchildren.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Missouri State University. I have over 25 years’ experience working with children.
