Alison Dickey, Pre-K Lead

I cannot believe this will be my 4th year as a Pre-K teacher at Russellville Baptist Academy! My journey to this school was one only God could have paved!
I started out receiving my Bachelors in Spanish and minor in medical missions from Harding University with the intent of entering the medical field. Shortly after college, I discovered my love for teaching and moved to Russellville to receive my Masters in Education. I began teaching in 2017 and joined RBA as a lead pre-K teacher when it began in 2022. My family has called Russellville home since 2015. We love this community and are grateful to be a part of the RBA family!
