Christy Howerton, 3rd Grade

I am beyond excited to have the privilege to teach third grade at RBA!  I earned my Bachelors in Education from the University of Arkansas.  For the past 30 years I have been blessed to teach second, third, fourth and fifth grade, and serve as a literacy interventionist. 

My husband, Matt, teaches Biomedical Sciences at Russellville Junior High. We have been married for 27 years and have one son, one daughter, a daughter-in-law, a future son-in-law, and a precious granddaughter. 

This opportunity to partner with parents in giving students a strong biblical foundation, as well as a love for learning, fills my heart with joy.
