Jennifer McCoy, Instructional Facilitator

I am thrilled to be serving RBA as a part-time Instructional Facilitator this year. I have been a part of RBA now since before it started! I have served in many roles such as: Initial Exploratory Committee, Board member, Reading Interventionist, and Curriculum Director. I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I have taught kindergarten – third grade, and served as a Reading Interventionist throughout 11 years in both Bentonville, AR and Russellville, AR. I hold a Reading Specialist Certificate from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have been married to my husband, Matt, for 14 years and we have two children: Addison and Graham. We attend First Baptist Church Russellville and feel so blessed by our home church and RBA!

I consider it a privilege and a joy to serve students, families, and teachers at RBA. Our school is founded on Biblical truth woven into every aspect of what we do. Discipling the next generation, and helping to set their feet on the firm foundation of Jesus Christ is such an honor to be a part of each day! I love teaching, I love children, and I love RBA!
