Melissa Dilbeck, 4th Grade

Hello RBA Family! I graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. This is my 15th year in the classroom, and I’ve spent 14 of those wonderful years teaching fourth grade—a grade I truly love! My husband, Josh, and I are blessed with four children: Chloe, Carmen, Caleb, and Lane. Life with our crew is always full of energy, laughter, and love! It is an incredible honor to teach, but even more meaningful to share the greatest Story of all—The Gospel of Jesus Christ. My goal is to help students grow not only in their academic abilities, but also in their character and faith. I believe every child is uniquely gifted by God, and I strive to meet them where they are and help them flourish. I am thankful for the opportunity to point students to Jesus each day!
